The Great Hall is a 560-year-old building with original paneled walls, deep window reveals, and historic furnishings. Guests have access to a collection of antique books belonging to the owner, Philip, and prints that reflect the property's cultural history. The property is surrounded by walled gardens that wrap around the house, with seating dotted about the shade.

Deluxe Double Rooms offer a four-poster bed that guests have called incredibly comfortable, with views across the fells from the windows. Each room has a private bathroom, with some featuring an electric fire in the bathroom and a modern shower over the bath. The Double Rooms include garden views and flat-screen TVs with DVD players.
